Jacob’s Well Ministries is a Christ-centered rescue and outreach ministry serving individuals and families facing homelessness, addiction, poverty, brokenness, and spiritual need.
We believe a meal can open a door.
A conversation can restore dignity.
A helping hand can change a direction.
And an encounter with Jesus Christ can change a life forever.
MORE THAN A HANDOUT
Homelessness is rarely just about the absence of a house.
Behind every person is a story.
There may be addiction.
Job loss.
Trauma.
Family breakdown.
Mental and emotional struggles.
Financial crisis.
Incarceration.
Abuse.
Hopelessness.
Or simply a series of circumstances that became too heavy to carry alone.
Jacob’s Well Ministries exists to meet people in those difficult places with compassion, practical assistance, accountability, discipleship, and the transforming message of Jesus Christ.
We do not simply ask:
“What do you need today?”
We also ask:
“What will it take to help you build a different tomorrow?”
WHAT WE DO
Street Outreach
We go beyond the walls of a building and take ministry directly to people living on the streets, in camps, under bridges, in motels, and wherever people in need can be found.
Our outreach teams provide practical help while building relationships based on dignity, compassion, consistency, and trust.
Food & Basic Necessities
A hungry person needs more than a sermon.
Sometimes ministry begins with a hot meal, clean clothes, hygiene supplies, a blanket, or a bottle of water.
We seek to meet immediate needs while creating opportunities for lasting transformation.
Biblical Discipleship
Our ultimate mission is not simply to make people more comfortable in their present condition.
It is to introduce them to the One who can transform their future.
We teach the Word of God, pray with people, encourage spiritual growth, and help individuals develop a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
Addiction Recovery Support
Addiction destroys lives, families, relationships, finances, and futures.
But addiction does not have to write the final chapter.
Jacob’s Well Ministries helps individuals connect with recovery resources while providing encouragement, accountability, prayer, discipleship, and a Christ-centered community.
Shelter & Transitional Support
Our vision extends beyond emergency assistance toward creating environments where individuals can stabilize, rebuild, develop life skills, grow spiritually, and prepare for sustainable independent living.

We envision communities where individuals who once felt forgotten discover that their lives still have value, their stories are not finished, and their future can be different.
Our goal is not merely to manage homelessness.
Our goal is transformation.

- Encounter Jesus Christ
- Break destructive cycles
- Overcome addiction
- Restore relationships when possible
- Develop responsibility and life skills
- Find meaningful employment
- Obtain stable housing
- Become healthy members of their communities
- Discover their God-given purpose
- Eventually help others overcome the same battles they once faced
WHY “JACOB’S WELL”?
In John chapter 4, Jesus met a Samaritan woman beside Jacob’s well.
She arrived looking for ordinary water.
She left having encountered the Messiah.
Jesus met her in the middle of her complicated story.
He knew her past.
He understood her brokenness.
He did not ignore the truth about her life — but neither did He reject her.
Instead, He offered her living water.
That encounter changed her life, and she immediately began telling others about Jesus.
That is the heartbeat of Jacob’s Well Ministries.
We want to create places where people can encounter Christ in the middle of their story and discover:
Your past does not have to determine your future.
Jesus still offers Living Water.

We will love people where they are without pretending destructive behaviors are harmless.

We will help meet immediate needs while encouraging long-term change.
We believe every person deserves to be treated with dignity because every person was created in the image of God.
